Hey guys, sorry it took so long to reply...
I passed on all the advice to my friends from school, and now I'm just waiting to hear what they get. I know one of them was looking at the Canons, and she was looking at the Rebel XT and the 30D, I think.
Chip, I'm not sure if she went with an entry-level body and a great lens, or a mid-range body and a so-so lens, but I made sure to pass on the advice to her.
Isaiah, sorry man, looks like she's going Canon. I tried to steer her towards a Nikon, but to no avail. (Just playin' around, Canon people!!!
