I use a steamer on the fabrics. It works wonders. It's not one of those cheapy hand held units, but one with a long hose. I think it was less than a 100 bucks at Linen's-n- Things. Blood Bath and Beyond would probably carry it as well.
Be sure your seamless paper is stored upright, or it will get damaged.
