i agree with everything you've said. as for why there is so much bad stuff out there? i can only tell you my story - i'm not that good. yes, i said it. lol.
but i'm trying to get better, but it's a long slow process when all's you've got is websites, a library full of books and a camera. no mentor, no classes....just lots of trial and error, maybe lots and lots of error. as i posted elsewere, i'm just now about to tackle studio lighting. and models? that's a problem in and of its self (for me anyhow).
anyhow, i agree, and someday down the road i'll do something glamorous. you all will be the first to see it when it happens. so keep on helping those of us who want to get better -
