Portrait shooters will turn it around in a week. They clearly market it to portrait and wedding photographers not the public. I paid the big buck for the s3 to watch it fall a few months later. Pre-orders before it hit the shelves on the S3 were outrageous and I am sure it will be no different for the portrait shooter to order ahead at that price as well.

Not me... I saw the price plummet on the S1, S2 and then again on the S3 so I'll pass on the S5 until it's back down to $1200-$1300 range or less. Not enough sizzle to justify the big bucks...
