The short answer is "I don't know". In the past I've kept factory-sealed stuff on the shelf for a couple of years without any noticable problem (Microdol-X and HC-110). However, once you open the bottle the timer starts and I wouldn't trust anything that was full or nearly full after a year. More than 1/3 empty and I'd toss it after two months.
