There are no decent film scanners for 6x7 for under $2000. There are some flatbeds that have a transparency adaprter that will do medium format. Not a great scan -- but it's OK. I'm at the point where I take my MF negs down to the local lab and have them scanned. It's not many and they charge around a buck. If you have lots of stuff to be scanned -- I understand.
You might take a look at the multi-format FILM scanners. If you're going to keep MF film, them you might want to invest the $$$.
