I have made 4 of them to play with and everyone of them blocked out more light then what I wanted. They also made a big box like shadow around the model and I just did not like the look of it. I used all kinds of stuff even rip stop. I just need to defuse the light a very little. My next idea is to use like a black stocking material. The shadow it makes will just have to be worked on in PS. I just want to be able to shoot in mid afternoon on the beach with out that harsh light.
