I like image #1 the best. One thing I do wonder is if it is camera movement - which is what I first thought - or missed focus with a wide apeture. It seems to me the keys on his neck are in focus, but not his chest or face. This is a common mistake with autofocus cameras - I still make it occationsally.
Rolando pointed this out to us at one of his workshops. What normally happens is you point your camera at the model and put thier eyes in the top third of the frame. But your camera's auto focus point is in the middle of the frame. If your lens is wide open it will create a very narrow field of focus. So you'll have their eyes out of focus. Problem with female glamour is that this means their breasts are normally the focus point - which makes the model think you're a perv and they stick out in front of body and make the face even more out of focus.
