Save the stands for your lights. Take 2 heavy duty hooks and screw them into joists in the ceiling. Take parachute cord, thread it through an appropriate length of electrical conduit or pipe, and tie a loop on either end. With a stick with a piece of bent wire or a bent nail in the end of it, you can reach up and unhook the the loop and bring it down to change your background. Or, even better, put up 3 sets of hooks, spaced far enough apart ot allow the hanging rolls of seamless to turn, and don't worry about changing the rolls.
