Unless you are going to get a digital version of the Hassy. I'd stick with the Dslrs. I say this because it appears that film is going the way of all things extinct. Even now the great B&W papers are dissapearing off the market and some of the more exotic films are so scarce you have to order them for specialty houses. True it will take a few years but. . . I know of one gu that wanted a new Bronica system so he went out and bought the latest system only to have the studio he worked for switch over to digital. He fought it for two years but finally went digital after taking a huge loss on his equipment. Check out what the folks doing what you want to do are using and go with them. . . . unless you are into collecting vintage cameras.
