Question 1. Shooting RAW or jpeg?
Question 2. Those are pretty long lenses for anything less than bust or headshots unless you back way up. Got enough room in your shooting area?
Tip 1. Don't use any of the fancy AF modes. Stick to single shot single area AF mode and use the AF sensor allowing the least amount of focus lock and recompose.
Tip 2. Watch the hand holding technique. At 10.2MP, you need good steady hands at shutter speeds below 1/125 even with flash (in my experience).
Tip 3. Have FUN. She's hot.
