As Ron mentioned, Pam cooking spray works very well. Sometimes though, while it produces a great sheen on the skin, it doesn't seem to give very good droplets or runs of water down the skin. For that, you can also use a 50/50 mixture of Glycerine and water in a spray bottle. You can find Glycerine at your local pharmacy (its over-the-counter) for about $3 a bottle. Its sweet tasting and have never seen any kind of adverse effect on the skin. You can also use it on fruit or anything else you want to make look wet.
