4. on next page find the Category Box and choose a category.
This should take you to all photos in that category. You should find buttons right of the photo where you can delete it.

That was an option that I tried and when you do it, you get this error:

Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /usr/local/www/vservers/glamour1.com/htdocs/photopost/misc.php on line 1079
and it says the "album contains no photos". Which it wouldn't since the SQL request as failed. I've been getting this for several days.
