WOW Dave!!!! These are amazing. Love them. I have a stupid question though... For those of us who do not have an IR camera is there a PS action for this? If not, is there a way to convert a Nikon D70 to IR? Just got a new D200 and looking for options for my D70.

Thanks Allen!

Hey, there's no such thing as a stupid question. Now wondering and not asking, that would be stupid.

There are several PS Actions and PS Filters that try to give you an infrared look ... but none that I saw (and I went through a ton of them) really gives an accurate representation. So a yes and no answer there. Troubles is, none really lighten up the folliage and give that glow you get with IR -- at least not in my opinion.

Converting a N70 is possible (that's the camera I am using). I got mine via eBay with it already done -- but if you google "digital infrared camera convert" (without the quotation marks) you'll see some places that do it. One that looked good is http://www.burren.cx/photo/ir_conversions.html -- but there could be better deals out there, this is just one I grabbed as an example and have no dealing with.

Good luck with it and thanks again!

Dave
