I haven't tried yet, (although I should have, we did Fireworks in canada in Tuesday but I wasn't feeling well and there was threat of rain, no need to get my 10D wet!) but according to the Kodak Pocket Guide to 35mm Photography you want to use a shutter speed of 1/30 at F/4 with ISO 200 film...So there....
