Randy I either print on the 11x14 or the 11x17 depending on which is cheaper at the moment. Then I print 9x12 full bleed and trim. TO trim I use a pro rotary cutter (from staples) 15" version....replacement blades are cheap and its smaller than a paper cutter....works well...
Also I havent had "GREAT" responses from the Epson paper...but the ilford works great..and plenty of good profiles out there.
