Master Po has been consulting with the great Buddha and have not been able to work on part III. Some of you have either PM'ed, e-mailed, or called to see if I would continue with some steps towards setting up a business.
I don't mind if you are interested. If this should be a separate thread, please
advise. Master Po does not want to be spinning his wheels.
The next step I have for you is logo creation. It's the final part of the foundation of your business.
After that, we will set up the skeletal structure of your company--- it's best
to get that out of the way now... the support system is the most boring part but is also critical. It's about the financial and business end of your work.
Once the skeletal structure is done, we begin to work on the product and marketing..... Here's a rule:
"Marketing drives the product and the product drives the marketing. One cannot exist without the other.
After that, we will get into pricing strategies and making sales.
