If you get on Ebay you can usally find some older manual cameras in pretty good shape.
A couple you can look at is....
Pentax K1000
Mamiya DSX 500 or 1000
Most will at least come with a 50mm standard lens. And you can still find used lenses for each.

Check KEH.com, they carry mostly used items at good prices. Anything rated over BGN (bargain) should do you well.
