I've pushed 800 ISO to 1600 but have never tried 1600. I did this for some Rodeo shots in a poorly lighted arena. Althought I got the shots I needed, My ability to grop and do much adjusting was limiting.
In perspective, I am still learning the art of pushing and pulling film.
