I use the foamcore that is white on one side and yellow on the other. Gives me some flexibility. I also have a couple of huge silver windshield sun reflector things that I clip onto that foamcore with some A clips. Couple this with an el-cheapo light stand and a couple of sand bags for even more flexibility. I use this setup indoors and out.
