Thanks, that makes it clear what is happening. You have clipped the Red channel. The histogram on the camera primarily deals only with the range of blacks to whites. Here is the histogram showing the colors and the red channel clipped:
Part of the problem is your White balance setting. When you have it set quit a bit off it is very easy to blow one of the channels.
