I did have a look at the MicroSynch Digital kit and the Pocket wizard, both systems are topnotch, but both hit me to hard on my budget, that's why I am looking for an nice priced kit like the Tristar remote, they sell for about $ 140,-

The Canon 350D takes no more than 6 volts according to the manual, and some hot-shoes do not have voltage regulator build in, I simply don’t want to take the risk.

Another thing is the less cables I have to use the better, setting up 4 to 5 strobes means wires enough to trip over [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]
