Hey Eric. As someone who only shoots film, this sounds like something right up my alley. If you have a lab scan the images in, it can get costly, but they usually come out good, of course if you take it to a pro level lab in your area. The only thing I have against going out of town is that if something does go wrong, you can go back and deal with them face to face versus over the phone. If this is something that you plan on doing on a regular basis and/or in large quantities, I recommend buying a film scanner. Of course with scanners, they are going the way of the dinosaur along with film and film cameras. As a consideration as I have, it might be wise to go digital if you have not already.
