Well, I *DO* have my tinkering moments in photoshop ... lol But in this case it was more my wondering about the mechanics of the concept, so the only real way to test it was physically doing it. Not that it wasn't without its problems.
I'd originally wanted to place the flash within the camera's bellows, but the flash was just a fraction too big to fit it inside. That's when I went for placing it up against the ground glass. The rest was pretty easy. One Alien Bee up high and to camera's left in image, open the shutter and aperture of the Speed Graphic, and away I went. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]
Oh, the dust particles were created by my spraying some Febreze above the scene right before tripping the shutter. No real reason for using Febreze, just what was handy -- and it made the room smell pretty afterwards. LOL
