There is no problem with studio strobes. Its got whatever fixed fstop that you choose, so you simply set your camera to manual and set the shutter speed to your sync speed and adjust the lights so that they match the fixed fstop you've chosen for the lensbaby. So for example, if you've put in a 5.6 disk, you would test your flashes power with you flash meter till they read 5.6 and then start shooting.
