Other than to have the latest and greatest, more megapixels and a full frame I see no benefits to the 5D over the 20D compared to the costs involved. I have a 10D and a 20D, both have been very good to me. It's all personal preference though. Get what you'll be happy with. Personally I'd save the $$ and buy some new lenses [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] You'll get the same results as far as how good the pictures look with the 20D or even the 10D for that matter.
