You don't want a Canon 20Da as that is a specialized version of the 20D and isn't going to work well for normal photography. Just look at the 20D without the little a for the specs or reviews. I use the 20D and have since the day it came out. It is a fantastic camera and 8 mp is plenty of pixels to give you super shots. Here are the full specs and reviews on the Canon 20D
