Resizing to meet a certain file size isn't a common task.
What dimensions are you resizing to? If they're web-viewable images, you should have no problem getting to 200 kb. Your photo editor may have a batch processor built-in. I personally use BreezeBrowser (
www.breezesys.com) for "proofing" images.
