You said a non-zoom for outdoor/glamour. Do you want something general purpose, or are you really more interested in glamour outdoors? I take it you want a telephoto of some sort. How much compression do you want and what working distance do you want? Do you want to do tight headshots? Do you have any desire for micro-work? You said you don't have much of a budget. How much is not much? ~$500? ~$1000? $350? ~$2000?
Without knowing at least the above details, it's hard to make a recomendation.
