YUCK! on the last two - but that's my distaste for the partially desaturated color. I really don't like that technique - no matter how nice the image.
On a creative note - I do like the image. The concept is interesting. I'm drawn in by DeeAnn's face laying in shadow and I can only see her nose to indicate that she's looking toward the viewer.
One thing I would change - the model laying down has her right leg flat to allow DeeAnn to lay on top of her. However, if the otehr model rotated her hips a bit to her left (toward DeeAnn) I think you;d see a bit of the curve of her hip. With all the other nice curves in the image, the single flat line of her upper thigh is not quite right.
A technical issue - on DeeAnn's shoulder and the other model's breast you have hot spot toward the light. You could actually fill more to have a more even illumination, and then expose (or PS) to get the right amount of shadow.
Looking good!
