I'm not sure if your looking for evaluations on the photography, modeling, or both. Here's a couple of things that struck me.
#1 - I would like to see the photo closer in on you. There's too much water, and not enough focus on you.
#2 - It's cute and I like the lighter make-up on you, it brings out your features
#3 - My guess is you were going for the gothy, moody look, but the lighting is too dark, and the photo as a whole doesn't represent you well.
I think you have definite potential as a model, and would benefit greatly from a photographer who has a more advanced knowledge of lighting. Overall, they're a decent start.
