Same lighting as the first, but with the model facing more into the key. Here is a shot of the basic lighting. For the above shot, the fill light was higher and more on her face than shown in lighting shot:

Also note the panel in front of the key. It is black on the side facing the model. It is used to flag part of the key to control the light spread.
