The Playboy(R) bunny is a trademark. I wouldn't leave it on any model's image. Although suing somebody on a tattoo is a murky area it's just not worth braving Playboy(R)'s pack of trained attack lawyers. (Plus, frankly, that's an ugly and tacky tattoo.)
