It's a nice shot but it looks kind of forced.
It's also a little on the blocky side. The blue jeans are framed square in a twist of the waist in this lay down pose.
Her hands are in such a way that she is afraid of getting wet or dirty. That's the forced vision I see.
Looks like an extreme overcast day and the skin tone went to the cool side with the flash. Her eyes sparkle and I like that.
