Personally I like it although I am not sure about the green cast that seems to be minimally present on her but more dominant as the light drops to the rest of the room. I really believe this would be a killer b&w but you know me I live in a b&W world (my parents couldn't afford color TV when I was growing up). I say this because her arm is blown a little and it would be less evident in a b&w. I would PS out the red on the clock radio as it draws attention to itself.
