I also love the shot, but I do agree with Cinn. The fingers appear to..well, Umm, you know. I think her hand simply covering that area with all or most of her fingers still showing would work and still add to the feel of the image. I'm not speaking from a moral viewpoint of course, it's just distracting to me. Overall a super image!
