Okay, there is a lighting issue.
If you have PhotoShop or one of the other editors maybe you can still do something by burning in the area under her chin a bit. Yes, it'd take a little effort, and there is a definite possibility it wouldn't work because of color shift, etc. But you never know til you try. Worst case, you might have to convert it to B&W.
There are some lighting effects in PhotoShop that you might use to "create" a more normal lighting feel, but you'd still have to burn under the chin a bit.
A lot depends on how much you like the image and how much effort you want to put into it.
