First one looks good, second one needs more light in the eyes. Reflector reflector, reflector....Best advise there is for outdoors.
Another thing that I would like to see is some different expressions in your shots. Ya got a great model now capture the other expressions.
Gotta love a great model and a good reflector...It even makes me look like I know what the heck I am doing.
