I am trying to put my book together and have read Rolando's post. I also know he recomended a book at one of my workshops but can't remember what it was.
My question is that for those of us printing our own stuff in digital what size is best and most professionally acceptable? 9 x 12 is not the size of any digital paper. 11 x 14 would be the closest but I am afraid that it will not be looked at because of its non standard size.
Advice and help appreciated. Also, where is the best price and selection available online?
